Almost ten years ago, Melissa’s partner asked her what she wanted to do when she “grew up.” Without hesitation, she replied, “I want my life to be one never-ending dinner party!” This wish continues to come true each day as she lives, eats, and cooks for retreats, special events, and private clients in the Ojai Valley. 

Her favorite dishes to prepare are those she was raised on: steamed dumplings, long noodles, and perfectly sweet soy sauce chicken.  Regardless of the food, Melissa knows that cooking is truly about expressing love and providing the space for people to connect with one another.
